Who we are
InstaUEC is a dedicated Star Citizen storefront for buying aUEC, the in-game currency of the Persistent Universe. We help players skip the grind: pick a package or a custom amount, check out securely, and our delivery team meets you in the 'verse and transfers the credits to your character, usually within minutes.
InstaUEC is part of the Elyxir family of gaming storefronts. The company behind it is Virtual Gaming Products, Inc., doing business as Elyxir (Elyxir.gg), a US-based online marketplace for video game currency, items, boosts and gaming services based in Dublin, California. Everything you see under the Elyxir name — the Elyxir.gg marketplace, InstaUEC, our customer support and our social channels — is run by that one company.
What we sell
Star Citizen aUEC, delivered in game. Orders are fulfilled by our own delivery team, not by anonymous third-party sellers. You only ever need your public RSI handle: we never ask for your account, your password or your two-factor codes, and we meet you in game to hand over the credits directly.
Delivery & buyer protection
Delivery starts as soon as your payment clears and is coordinated through a live order chat with a real delivery agent. Until an order is delivered you can cancel it for a full refund; if a delivery fails, we deliver again or refund you. The details are in our refund policy and delivery policy.
Payments are handled by specialist payment processors, and InstaUEC does not store your card details. See the payment policy for accepted methods.
Support
Our support team is made up of real people who play the games we sell, and it is available 24/7 in English. Reach us through the live chat on any page, or email support@instauec.com.
Reviews & community
InstaUEC is reviewed by verified customers on WiserReview, and the same reviews are shown on our home page. Our community lives on Discord, where the team hangs out, answers questions and runs giveaways.
InstaUEC is an independent service and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by Cloud Imperium Games or Roberts Space Industries. All trademarks belong to their respective owners.
