Our refund/return policy is very simple:

Because our items are digital goods, after we have successfully delivered your order, no refunds or returns will be accepted.

If you request a refund or return before your order has been delivered, we will grant a 100% refund free of charge and cancel your order.

There are no exceptions to this policy.
